Enlightenment is freedom from the control of my ego (my inner-self, protector, and self-appointed manager of my thoughts.) I take my power back and become the manager of my thoughts. I am not swayed to-and-fro by the vicissitudes of my thoughts.

I AM FREE once I cement the habit of referral to my inner power (my Super Coach – God-within-me). I am no longer controlled by useless thoughts that lead to futile actions and develop into unproductive habits.

My relationship with my Super Coach is a state of consciousness that is the ultimate in sustainability. My relationship with SC provides me with everything I need in my life. I receive wise counsel, protection, valuable information, comfort, peace, also psychological and mental health. These are a few marvelous attributes flowing from my SC; there are many others to add to this list.

I understand that the function of my ego is to warn me of any dangers to myself, and it does so on the principle of flight or fight. In other words, in any problematic or insignificant situation, my ego takes action with a warning. This process is not harmful; otherwise, why would I have an ego? What is damaging is my poor choice of response when being warned by my ego. Poor decisions come about when I hand over my power to my ego. If I relinquish my control, I am a slave—subjective to my ego. I have noticed that my ego provides a comment on every situation I face in life. The difference nowadays is before acting on a circumstance arising in my life, I confer with Super Coach and then take action. I am no longer subservient – I am free, and this fills me with joy and peace.
